We operate in the private domain. By enjoying the offerings at Urban Retreat Ministry you agree to join as a member for an annual fee of $20 (Which will include one bio-scalar enhanced salt bath for home use) and that you agree to abide by our by-laws.
Jen’s vision began some 39 years ago when as a certified chiropractic assistant she learned how amazingly intricate our Creator designed us in His image, giving us an innate ability to self-correct or heal. This was the beginning of many years searching for ways to stay healthy and support the immune system without chemicals, or rather with the foods and methods that God provided for us, Her path lead her not to go into Chiropractic and instead opted for Massage Therapy, continuing to learn other healing modalities to enhance wellbeing. 26 years ago Jen heard “Urban Retreat and Wellness” whispered in her ear and through many years of learning, raising two boys and losing the love of her life way too early, she eventually came across the intent of that whisper when the world turned upside down and the Energy Enhancement System came into her awareness, She had a vision of a line in the sand and knew that soon people would need to choose which side of that line they stood on.
Jen stands ready to assist the awakened souls whom are ready to step into their authority and begin to heal themselves so that they may also live their Divine Purpose. We love the ripple effect, so come in and catch the wave!!

FAQ & HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT
How do I prepare for my visit for best results?
Dress comfortably and arrive hydrated and if possible take a good mineral electrolyte (Available here if needed). We provide a blanket and pillow for comfort but if you have a favorite you may bring your own, but it is not necessary. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your visit for bathroom visit and any paper work that may need attention. First time visits please allow 15 early.
Is there a guideline to follow after my visit?
Drink lots of water, replenish minerals and take a sea salt bath after use to help with the detoxification process.
How long should an EESystem session be:
Ideally, a minimum of 2 hours to allow your body to assimilate with the energy. There is no maximum exposure as you can sleep in and use the system all day if you wish. At the Urban Retreat Ministry we offer 2, 3, or 4 hour sessions during the day and 10 hour overnight sessions.
How often should an individual use the EESystem for optimal results?
Every person is different, and experiences will vary greatly depending on the individual and their overall lifestyle. For the best experience, it is recommended to integrate the EESystem into a healthy lifestyle that includes good nutrition, regular exercise, and other holistic approaches. Many clients have shared that consistent use led to cumulative effects with an enhanced sense of overall wellbeing over time.
Does the frequency of the EESystem sessions depend on specific issues?
There is no targeting mechanism or frequency selection for any specific ailment. The EESystem technology is designed to provide a field that boosts optimal homeostatis and recharges the entire body on a cellular level for higher function. It is recommended to run the systems on the provided core settings for the best results.
How many people can do a session at the same time?
At the Urban Retreat Ministry we can comfortably accommodate up to 18 members at a time during daytime hours. For overnight sessions we have 4 memory foam futons available as well as the zero gravity recliners than some prefer to sleep in.
If it is best to meditate or sleep during a session, how is the light beneficial?
People can do whatever they feel is best for them. Relaxation is the first step to healing. Sleep is the oldest healing technology known to man and meditation is a great tool. The light system is a carrier for mechanisms of our technology, and you don’t need to look at it to receive the benefits. It is a similar effect of wireless transmission of energy akin to photosynthesis.
